Real Estate Market Stats for August 2020 – Sales and New Listings continue to set records
Month over month sales volumes continued to increase through out the Fraser Valley. The buyers are recognizing the value of diversified value being offered through out the Fraser Valley. Companies are now more flexible with their work from home policies enabling people to purchase homes south of the Fraser river. The FVREB processed a total of 2,039 sales in August, a decrease of 2.9 per cent compared to sales in July, but an increase of 57.2 per cent compared to the 1,297 sales during August of last year.
